want to learn how to share workbook in excel ?
here simple tutorial:
go to the review tab
there search for the share workbook button
on the pop up that open after the button pressed checked the button of(Allow changes…)
then press ok and save the file on your custom place

| Share workbook allow multiple people to work in a workbook at the same time. Note you can allow changes by more than one user at the same time. This also allows workbook merging. The workbook should be saved to a network location where multiple people can open it. You can also watch who has the current workbook opened. Click the Insert tab then click Share Workbook. Check Allow changes then click OK. Click Save. The result: your workbook mark as Shared. |
